RENTAL
POLICY
1.
All rentals are F.O.B., Pennington Sales & Service. Delivery is
available for an additional charge. Delivery charges will be quoted upon
request.
- All
rentals are subject to New Jersey Sales Tax.
- All
rentals are based on a time out basis. No credit is allowed for holidays,
weekends, inclement weather or other periods of non-use.
- Rental
rates are based on an eight-hour workday and a five-day workweek. A two
shift operation is 1.5 the normal rate; a three shift operation is double
the normal rate.
- The
minimum rental period is one half day. Rentals not returned at the end of
the agreed rental period will be charged a late charge of an additional days
rent.
- Weekend
rates are available on all equipment. Equipment picked up/delivered after 3
p.m. on Friday and returned by 9 a.m. on Monday will be charged for only 2
days. Equipment picked up/delivered between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday
and returned by 9 a.m. on Monday will be charged for only 1.5 days.
Equipment picked up/delivered after1 p.m. on Saturday and returned by 9a.m.
on Monday will be charged for only one day.
- All
rentals are payable cash on delivery unless charged to an approved open
account.
- All
equipment is furnished full of fuel. Customers are expected to return
equipment full of fuel. A refueling charge will be charged on equipment not
returned full of fuel.
- Customers
agree to care for the equipment properly, to use it within its rated
capacity and to restrict its use to customer’s qualified personnel.
Customers agree to pay a reasonable cleaning charge for equipment returned
in excessively dirty condition.
- Customers
agree to pay for any damage to, or loss of equipment regardless of cause,
except reasonable wear and tear, while equipment is in the possession of the
customer. Proof of insurance is required before equipment is rented. Damage
waiver coverage is available. See Rental Agreement for details.
